I really enjoyed my PT experience until my 10th visit. I was asked to push a ‘weighted sled’ on the 4th of February with 40+ lbs. pushing/pulling maneuver 4x approximately 15’ at 3reps. On the 6th it was weighted with approximately 50+ lbs. No problem. But on the10th it was weighted with 60+ lbs. I did 4x then 3 then 2 because I felt I couldn’t do the 4x 3reps.
Ethan said no problem. That it was good I could do that. That night my right foot and heal hurt so bad. What in the world happened. I believe I’ve bruised my Achilles. I’m taking it real easy still as I wrote this review. Ethan was careful to attend to each and every exercise that was assigned. I just wanted this particular one documented.

I'm very pleased with the help I've gotten from the staff at TOSPT, especially Ethan, my therapist. In the weeks I've been receiving physical therapy, I have seen great improvement to every area and can't express how grateful I am. I have been able to greatly reduce the amount of Ibuprofen needed to get through my day for sure, and that alone has improved my outlook overall.

I started receiving physical therapy about two months ago at the suggestion of my doctor. I had difficulty walking, standing and dreading trying to get out of bed.
I had previously crushed my L1 and L2 vertebrae and was not adjusting well.
In two months with their help I’m out of bed early, walking almost 300 yards w/o aids and 500 with. But the best part is being able to stand up straight again.
I still have a long road of recovery ahead but it sure beats the other option.

I am more than pleased with the progress made with my therapy. I first sought help with Hip Bursitis and IT Band issues (aggravated by knee osteoarthritis.) Josh’s knowledge and willingness to answer my questions helped a lot and made my knee replacement surgery and recovery a month later a bit easier. After surgery, we resumed a new range of exercises as he encouraged and pushed me in my recovery. His feedback to my physician helped identify issues with range of motion which necessitated a second medical procedure. This allowed me to make the progress needed so that Josh could help me attain better results. Now, one week shy of first walking through the doors at TOSPT Crawfordville five months ago, I have completed my work with him and can resume the activities of life. Thanks to the staff for putting up with me! You’re the best.

Excellent experience with the staff at the Crawfordville location. Josh is very knowledgeable and will take the time to explain different techniques to challenge but not overdue my recovery. Both Lisa and the other co-worker who I believe is Ava, are very helpful. They are always willing to step up and help with my recovery. I was having a hard time recovering from my knee surgery until I start working with this team. I would like to say Thank you for all of your help, I could not have gotten this far without you guys. I look forward to completing my recovery and getting back to normal thanks to you.

Doctor we saw there really seemed to care and took a lot of time to examine and make recommendations. MUCH BETTER then Tallahassee TOC. It is a very small building with limited equipment but the female doctor makes up for it. She is very professional and genuinely cares about her patience.
